Dr Caroline Ryan is an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with extensive experience and is currently available to see patients at a number of hospitals, both public and private throughout Melbourne.
Dr Ryan completed her undergraduate medical studies at the University of Adelaide in 1992, before working in various surgical positions in the United Kingdom and commencing Otolaryngology training in London.
Dr Ryan completed her ENT, Head and Neck Surgical training in Melbourne and obtained her Fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2007. Dr Ryan completed further sub-specialty training in Paediatric ENT Surgery in Auckland, New Zealand in 2008.
Dr Ryan practices general ENT, however she is best known for her work with Paediatric patients. She also has a special interest in snoring, sleep apnoea, functional rhinology and airway abnormalities in adults.
Dr Ryan is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, ASOHNS, ANZSPO, AHPRA and the AMA.
Dr Ryan is married with three young children and spends her spare time with family. With a Scots husband who runs a soccer skills training academy, the family spend a lot of time travelling internationally and are sports oriented.
