Dr Kim Thompson is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides obstetric and general gynaecology services, with an interest in pelvic floor surgery for prolapse.
Dr Thompson completed her medical degree at the University of Western Australia before moving to Melbourne where she underwent her specialist training at the Mercy Hospital for Women. Dr Thompson went on to complete her training in the UK where she stayed to undergo further post specialist training in operative gynaecology, specialising in pelvic floor surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
When not working, Dr Thompson spends time with her husband and two young children.
